Welcome to Mile High Rowing Club

The Mile High Rowing Club (MHRC) welcomes you.

We are a non-profit youth (ages 13 - 18) rowing club operating on the waters of Cherry Creek reservoir in Denver.  Our mission is to provide a healthy experience and atmosphere where student athletes can experience all the benefits that rowing has to offer.  Our rowing programs are designed to bring out the best in each of our rowers in a fun, yet very competitive environment.  A few of the many benefits that rowing with MHRC offers:
  • Rowing builds character as well as mental and phyisical discipline
  • Provides a healthy social environment
  • Provides college scholorship opportunities at top Universities for rowers that excel
  • A great team environment

MHRC draws rowers from all over the Denver metro area, including Cherry Creek, Aurora, Evergreen, Confier, Littleton,  and Englewood just to name a few. Many of our rowers come to MHRC with very diverse athletic backgrounds.  Some of our top rowers have participated in other high school sports, yet for whatever reason, decided they wanted to make a change a find a new passion. Some of  our rowers have never played a high school sport, yet want to try an entirely new activity that is healthy and provides a great social atmosphere.
